About the team
Hi, I’m Alexey, and I lead a product design team at TradingView. Our team covers a wide range of products: trading, the chart, Strategy Tester, Screeners, Heatmaps, Portfolio, Options, News and Newsflow, Alerts, and AI features.
We’re looking for a senior product designer whose main focus will be trading: how people place and manage trades through TradingView. Our users connect their own third-party brokers and trade directly from our platform. For both seasoned professionals and people placing their first order, this part of the interface has to be exceptionally clear, fast, and reliable. Nothing should get in the way of their daily work. Every interaction should make it smoother.
We want someone who brings hands-on experience with trading interfaces and the drive to rethink them. You’ll propose improvements and new ideas, and make trading simpler and more accessible without sacrificing the depth that professionals rely on.
Responsibilities
Own the design of TradingView’s trading experience: the order ticket, chart trading, and order history and execution views
Simplify complex trading flows while keeping them powerful for professional traders
Design for a broad audience, from beginners to active pros, across multiple integrated brokers
Propose and drive improvements and innovations in how people trade on TradingView
Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers from idea to release
Contribute to other products in the team’s scope when needed: the chart, Strategy Tester, Screeners, Heatmaps, Portfolio, Options, News, Alerts, and AI features
What makes you the perfect fit
Senior level or above in product / UX/UI design
Experience designing trading interfaces: crypto exchanges, brokers, or any product for buying and selling securities or other assets (must-have)
Strong portfolio showing complex, data-dense interfaces
Expert in Figma
Hands-on experience using Claude, Claude Design, and Claude Code in your design workflow
Ability to balance simplicity for newcomers with efficiency for power users
Independence in shaping solutions and defending design decisions
Will be a plus
Experience in finance or trading domain
Familiarity with TradingView as a product
Personal trading experience
