About the team
TradingView are looking for a Middle HR Generalist to support our generalist HR function. You will support the administration of HR services and will have the opportunity to get involved in various HR projects across our EMEA operations.
Responsibilities
Payroll & Administrative Management
Support the end-to-end payroll process, helping ensure accuracy and timely payments.
Act as a point of contact for our external payroll partner, ensuring data is submitted accurately and on time.
Track and communicate relevant employee movements to the payroll provider, including hires, terminations, and contract variations.
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring data integrity.
Contract & Legal Compliance
Draft and manage employment contracts, amendments, and termination letters, with guidance on more complex cases.
Help ensure HR processes comply with applicable UK labor regulations and company policy.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies in administrative tasks.
Support right-to-work verification and visa/immigration status tracking for international employees.
Benefits & Compensation
Support the administration of employee benefits.
Act as a point of contact for benefit vendors on day-to-day queries.
Support the annual salary and bonus review processes.
Employee Lifecycle
Lead the onboarding of new employees, including preparing equipment, accounts, and induction materials, ensuring a smooth welcome experience from day one.
Support the offboarding process, including exit documentation, settlements, and equipment retrieval.
Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding payslips, tax, and leave management (holidays, sick leave, maternity/paternity).
Office Management & Employee Experience
Coordinate internal HR communications and announcements.
Organise office events, team-building activities, and employee engagement initiatives.
Manage office supplies, including snacks, drinks, and other essentials.
Diversity & Inclusion
Support the administrative management of diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Help ensure compliance with mandatory legal standards.
Support monitoring and reporting on workplace diversity metrics to help the company meet statutory requirements.
Maintain documentation and records regarding D&I and equality.
Data Management & HR Metrics
Maintain a comprehensive database including the history of hires, terminations, salaries, and employee changes.
Prepare monthly and annual reports on key HR metrics such as turnover, absenteeism, and headcount growth.
Use HR data to help identify trends and support data-driven decision-making.
Coordinate with the Jira team to help adjust the platform to HR needs, particularly for workflow automation.
Annual Audit and Compliance
Support the annual HR audit, helping ensure employee files and documentation are complete and compliant.
Help verify that historical data, salary changes, and contracts align with legal requirements and internal policies.
What makes you the perfect fit
Minimum of 3–4 years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Operations role.
Good working knowledge of UK labor law and payroll procedures.
Some experience supporting or administering employee benefits.
High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Fluent in English (professional level).
Will be a plus
Experience in finance or trading domain
Familiarity with TradingView as a product
