Senior HR Generalist (Maternity Cover)

This is a maternity cover contract based in our Málaga hub. You will hold the payroll and labour compliance function for Spain while our current HR Generalist is on leave.

Responsibilities
Payroll & Administrative Management
Manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
Act as the main point of contact for our external payroll partner, ensuring all data is submitted accurately and on time.
Oversee and communicate all social security movements to the payroll provider, including employee hires, terminations, and contract variations.
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring 100% data integrity.
Contract & Legal Compliance
Draft and manage employment contracts, amendments, and termination letters.
Ensure all HR processes comply with local labor regulations and collective bargaining agreements.
Manage the right-to-work verification and visa/residency status for international employees.
Benefits & Compensation
Oversee the administration of employee benefits.
Act as the primary contact for benefit vendors.
Support the annual salary and bonus review processes.
Employee Lifecycle
Lead the administrative side of onboarding, ensuring new hires have all necessary documentation from day one.
Manage the offboarding process, including exit documentation, settlements, and equipment retrieval.
Serve as the go-to person for employee inquiries regarding payslips, taxes, and leave management (vacations, sick leave, maternity/paternity).
Diversity & Inclusion
Administrative management of diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Ensure compliance with mandatory legal standards.
Monitoring and reporting on workplace diversity metrics to ensure the company meets all statutory requirements.
Maintain all necessary documentation and records regarding D&I and equality.
Data Management & HR Metrics
Maintenance of a comprehensive database including the history of hires, terminations, salaries, and employee changes.
Preparation of monthly and annual reports on key HR metrics such as turnover, absenteeism, and headcount growth.
Use HR data to identify trends, improve department efficiency, and support data-driven decision-making.
Coordination with the Jira team to adjust the platform to HR needs, specifically for workflow automation.
What makes you the perfect fit
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR Generalist or HR Operations roles.
Advanced knowledge of Spanish labor law and payroll procedures.
Proven experience managing benefits.
High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Fluent in Spanish and English (professional level).
Will be a plus
Experience in finance or trading domain
Familiarity with TradingView as a product
