About the team

We are responsible for the overall health, performance, and scaling of server equipment and networks in our data centers all around the world.

• 20+ global sites across the USA, Europe, and Asia

• 1500+ servers and storage systems

• 250+ network equipment units

Responsibilities

• Hardware Operations: Perform upgrades, repairs, and maintenance on company server equipment in data centers (both remotely via “remote hands” support and through on-site business trips)

• Logistics & Procurement: Manage the procurement and global logistics of necessary components and spare parts for servers and network equipment

• Vendor Management: Act as the point of contact for colocation data centers and network service providers

• Asset Management: Perform hardware discovery, track inventory, and maintain accurate equipment data in our configuration database (DCIM/CMDB)

• Security Compliance: Ensure all hardware and data center operations comply with the company’s security policies

• Lifecycle Management: Manage and deploy firmware updates across all server infrastructure

• Capacity Planning: Monitor and optimize the efficient usage of leased services, power consumption, and overall capacity

• Provisioning: Implement and maintain Zero Touch Provisioning (ZTP) services

• Automation: Write and maintain scripts to automate equipment configuration and inventory processes

• System Administration: Administer and maintain equipment management and configuration systems

What makes you the perfect fit

• Hands-on experience working with server hardware and data center environments

• Practical experience using DCIM/CMDB systems.

• Solid understanding of networking technologies (equivalent to CCNA level).

• Strong experience administering and configuring Linux server environments

• Proficiency in automation and scripting (Bash, Python).

• Technical English (ability to read documentation, communicate with global vendors, and write technical reports).

Will be a plus

• Experience with Dell servers and administration of Dell OpenManage Enterprise

• Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices (Git, Ansible, Jenkins, Docker, etc.)

• Experience managing block storage systems, FC network

• Fluent or advanced English
