About your mission! - Make an impact 🚀

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to drive the evolution of our trading product. Your primary objective will be to bridge the functionality gap between TradingView and dedicated brokerage platforms. You will define the strategy, roadmap, and features required to empower users to manage all essential trading operations directly and conveniently within TradingView, driving user growth for our integrated partners.

How You’ll Drive Success 🏆

• Develop and implement trading product strategy aligned with company growth objectives
• Drive user acquisition and retention for integrated brokerages
• Expand broker integration capabilities and feature parity
• Lead development of new DOM widgets and chart-based trading features
• Define and track key trading metrics to measure success
• Conduct product discovery to identify user needs and market opportunities
• Prioritize backlog and coordinate with development teams
• Validate product hypotheses through A/B testing and user feedback

What makes you the perfect fit 🤝

• 5+ years of product management experience of customer-facing products in FinTech field
• Experience or genuine interest in financial markets and trading
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills
• Strong grasp of product management methodologies and best practices
• Expertise in product analytics, defining key metrics, and utilizing data in product decisions

It’ll also be an advantage if you have experience in:

• Finance experience or knowledge of Trading
• Knowledge of TradingView 😁 We also love users who become teammates!

This is a hybrid role based in our Málaga office, located in the heart of the city at the prestigious Muelle Uno port.
