About your mission! - Make an impact 🚀
You'll be the go-to tech expert for our local office, ensuring smooth IT and AV operations while using your bilingual skills to connect with our global team.
To be the trusted IT hero for our Málaga office, providing exceptional support and ensuring a productive and secure technology environment for all users.
How You’ll Drive Success 🏆
- Provide top-notch technical support for IT issues to our Málaga-based team (both in-person and remotely).
- Manage and maintain the security of local devices and systems, including our Eset antivirus solution.
- Administer and optimize our mobile device fleet using MDM platforms.
- Troubleshoot and maintain our local network infrastructure, including Unifi devices.
- Support, maintain, and troubleshoot AV equipment (video conferencing, projectors, displays, sound systems).
- Serve as the primary IT point of contact for Operations and HR in Málaga, collaborating on tech-related needs.
- Communicate clearly and professionally in English and Spanish (written and spoken) with both technical and non-technical colleagues globally and locally.
- Contribute to improving our IT support processes and knowledge base.
- Document common IT issues and solutions.
What makes you the perfect fit 🤝
- Solid mid-level experience in IT Support.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve network issues, including experience with Unifi devices.
- Strong understanding of device security best practices and experience managing Eset antivirus.
- Experience managing mobile devices using MDM platforms (JumpCloud, HexNode, InTune), all experience is good.
- Experience working within a service desk environment and using ticketing systems such as Jira.
- Hands-on experience supporting and troubleshooting Audio Visual (AV) equipment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English and Spanish. (Russian is a plus!)
- Logical problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to IT support, an assertive mind is a must.
- Ability to create clear technical documentation.
- Experience collaborating with local Operations and HR on IT-related matters is a plus.
It’ll also be an advantage if you have experience in:
- Finance experience or knowledge of Trading
- Knowledge of TradingView 😁 We also love users who become teammates!

This is a hybrid role based in our Málaga office, located in the heart of the city at the prestigious Muelle Uno port.
