Hi! We are FireFly team! As a team, we are responsible for key site sections such as the home page, main menu, market pages, symbol pages, and broker profiles. These are the first elements users see when visiting TradingView, so they must be user-friendly and visually attractive. We pride ourselves on our creative approach, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence. We are looking for a talented Middle Designer to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success.

How You’ll Drive Success 🏆

• Design Creation: Create clear, straightforward solutions for complex product and interface challenges.
  
• Collaboration: Work closely with Product Manager, Design Lead and development team for approval and implementation of designs.
• Feedback Implementation: Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and team members to refine and improve design work.
• Trend Awareness: Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design quality and innovation.
• File Management: Organize and maintain design files, ensuring they are easily accessible and properly archived.

What makes you the perfect fit 🤝

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in product design.
• Technical Skills: Expert in Figma, with a solid understanding of design systems and UIKit principles.
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze data to enhance design.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to present and explain project solutions to the team.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Time Management: Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Team Player: A collaborative mindset with the ability to work well within a team.

It’ll also be an advantage if you have experience in:

• Finance experience or knowledge of Trading
• Knowledge of TradingView 😁 We also love users who become teammates!

This is a hybrid role based in our Málaga office, located in the heart of the city at the prestigious Muelle Uno port.
