Your mission
We make the most advanced and reliable trading terminal and integrate the most popular brokers on our platform.

On the second line of technical support, you will deal with user tickets of special complexity, consulting with programmers and testers of our team. If you are interested in trading and like to compare evidence from logs - we are waiting for you!

What will you do:

• Technical analysis of user requests (without direct interaction with users)
• Bug detection based on cases from user requests
• Writing bug reports
• Maintaining technical documentation
• Interaction with QA and programmers
• Communicating with partners on the functioning of broker integrations and supporting users to resolve incoming issues
• Investigating complex trading incidents

What you bring:

• Technical background (IT training or, for example, writing trading bots for yourself)
• English level sufficient for correspondence and understanding of technical and regulatory documentation in the field of trading (B1 minimum)
• Ability to perceive and systematize a large amount of information

It’ll also be an advantage if you have experience in:

• Finance experience or knowledge of Trading
• Knowledge of TradingView 😁
