Your mission:

Our goal is to create not just another trading tool, but the most advanced, reliable and user-friendly terminal for successful trading.

We expect you to take on the role of not only a lead developer, but also a mentor to the team, helping it to develop and solve tasks efficiently. If you are ready not only to write code, but also to inspire the team to create the best trading terminal in the world - then we are waiting for you!

What will you do:

• Leading the frontend team: planning tasks, load balancing, helping to solve complex technical issues
• Developing architectural solutions and participating in the creation of key components of the application
• Active participation in code reviews, improving quality and development standards
• Mentoring and team development: holding 1:1 meetings, helping each team member grow professionally
• Collaboration with other teams to achieve a common goal

What you bring:

• At least 5 years of commercial experience with frontend technologies
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, React
• Successful experience in managing a development team (3 people or more)
• Experience in designing architecture of complex applications
• Understanding of browser operation, performance optimization
• Knowledge of testing principles (unit, integration, e2e) and experience with the tools
  

It’ll also be an advantage if you have experience in:

• Experience with RxJS
• Finance experience or knowledge of Trading
• Knowledge of TradingView 😁
