Your mission:

We are looking for a Team Lead for an existing backend alerts team or a Senior Software engineer willing to quickly growing into the Team/tech lead position. Strong communication, management, and soft skills are very valuable for this position!

What will you do:

• Code Quality: Maintaining coding standards, design, code reviews, technical documentation, and design reviews
• Development Process: Task decomposition and estimation, defining technical requirements, collaborating with PMs/POs
• Project Execution: Ensuring adherence to development processes, meeting deadlines, and managing risks
• Team Management: Developing the team and managing personnel

What you bring:

• Leadership skills and the ability to motivate the team
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively within the team and with cross-functional teams
• Problem-solving orientation
• Task prioritization skills
• Results-driven mindset
• Attention to detail
• 7+ years of experience in backend development
• Experience in troubleshooting performance issues and performance optimization
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices (e.g., Jenkins) and DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with PostgreSQL (or other relational databases)
• Experience in designing new services and maintaining legacy systems
• English proficiency (B1 or higher)

It’ll also be an advantage if you have experience in:

Finance experience or knowledge of Trading

Knowledge of TradingView 😁
