Your mission: Drive change 🎯

We are looking for an experienced Kubernetes DevOps Engineer who can take on a key role in automating processes, configuring infrastructure, and improving our Kubernetes clusters. The company is growing rapidly, and with that, the number, scale, and complexity of our Kubernetes clusters are increasing as well. Our team is responsible for designing, deploying, and supporting a highly reliable Kubernetes-based infrastructure, ensuring stability, security, and a smooth experience for our developers.

How you’ll shape success 🏆

• Develop and maintain Kubernetes-based infrastructure (bare-metal and AWS EKS).
• Configure and optimize CI/CD processes using GitOps (Argo CD).
• Handle monitoring, logging, and incident management with Prometheus, Grafana, Thanos, and other tools.
• Ensure network security and load balancing using Calico and MetalLB.
• Manage infrastructure components such as Kyverno, Redis Operator, External Secrets Operator, and others.
• Improve automation using Ansible, Terraform, and Helm.

What makes you the perfect fit 🤝

• Solid experience working with Kubernetes (at least 2 years)
• Hands-on experience deploying and upgrading HA Kubernetes clusters.
• Understanding of GitOps principles and practical experience with Argo CD.Ability to automate tasks using Ansible and Terraform.
• Experience in infrastructure monitoring and performance optimization.
• Experience with Unix/Linux and system administration.Experience with monitoring systems (Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana, Loki).
• Knowledge of Bash and one scripting language (Python, Go, etc.).
• Experience operating large-scale distributed systems, analyzing failures, and troubleshooting.

It’ll also be an advantage if:

• Knowledge and use of Kyverno for security policies.
• Experience configuring MetalLB in production environments.
• Understanding of DevSecOps principles and applying them in Kubernetes.
• Experience with logging and tracing (Loki, Jaeger).
