Your mission:

TradingView is seeking an experienced and dynamic IT Director to lead our global IT operations. Reporting to the CISO, this role is critical in managing our IT infrastructure, driving innovation, fostering productivity and supporting our business objectives through technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Team Management

• Develop and implement IT strategy aligned with business goals
• Lead, mentor, and develop a global IT team
• Foster innovation and continuous improvement
• Manage IT budgets and resource allocation

IT Infrastructure & Systems Management

• Oversee global IT infrastructure, ensuring reliability, security, and scalability
• Manage key systems: Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, password managers, access management tools
• Implement and manage network infrastructure, including VPN solutions
• Oversee mobile devices management and security

Service & Vendor Management

• Select and manage IT vendors, negotiating contracts for best value and security
• Oversee software licensing, IT service management, and cost control
• Ensure service compatibility and integration

Security & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and industry standards incl. ISO27001, SOC2 and GDPR
• Implement robust security measures across IT systems
• Manage user accounts across platforms (LDAP, Google Workspace, AWS, etc..)

Project & Change Management

• Lead key IT projects from planning to delivery
• Implement effective project management methodologies
• Manage change processes for IT infrastructure and systems

IT Support & Helpdesk

• Organise and oversee IT support operations
• Optimize support processes for high user satisfaction and productivity
• Provide user training and support on IT systems

Stakeholder Engagement

• Collaborate with senior leadership on technology initiatives
• Communicate IT strategies to internal and external stakeholders
• Consult with colleagues to meet user and project requirements

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field;
• 10+ years of experience in IT management roles, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud services, and cybersecurity best practices
• Experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, AWS, and other enterprise IT systems
• Proven track record in managing large-scale IT projects and teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with all levels of the organization
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in financial management and budgeting for IT departments

Languages

• Fluent in English
• Knowledge of Russian is a plus
